Ampersand Therapy LLC is hiring a School-Based Occupational Therapist in Redmond, WA for 2026-2027. Choose 0.6 FTE (3 days) or 1.0 FTE (full-time) with in-person, M-F schedule serving K-12 in a public school.

The OT will provide evaluations, treatment, and IEP participation, collaborating with teachers and families while documenting progress and outcomes throughout the year.

Qualifications

• Must hold (or be eligible for) Washington State OT license.
• Must hold (or be willing to obtain) ESA Certification (Educational Staff Associate).
• School-based experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide school-based OT services including assessments, treatment, and consultation.
• Conduct evaluations and write reports.
• Participate in IEP meetings and write IEP goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families.
• Maintain timely documentation and progress notes.
