Ampersand Therapy in Seattle, WA is seeking school-based Occupational Therapists for multiple openings. Positions include part-time and full-time assignments across various Seattle regions for the 2026–2027 school year.

Compensation is up to $70 per hour, depending on the assignment and experience. Therapists will assess, treat, and consult within IEP teams, collaborate with educators and families, and handle documentation and progress notes.

Qualifications

• Active OT license in Washington state.
• Experience with school-based programs preferred.
• W-2 employment currently available and eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy assessments, treatment, and consultation.
• Conduct evaluations and prepare reports.
• Participate in IEP meetings and develop IEP goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, families, and related service providers.
• Maintain timely documentation and progress notes.
• Support students across ages, grade levels and needs.
