Job summary

Ampersand Therapy is seeking Occupational Therapists for multiple school-based opportunities in Seattle, WA. Roles are in-person, part-time or full-time, with flexible contract lengths for the 2026–2027 school year.

Positions involve K-12 caseloads, collaboration with educators and families, and responsibilities including assessments, evaluations, IEP goals, and progress reporting. Compensation up to $70/hour depending on assignment and experience.

Qualifications

• Must hold or be eligible for WA State Occupational Therapist license.
• Must hold or be willing to obtain ESA Certificate.
• Prior school-based experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy assessments, treatment, and consultation.
• Conduct evaluations and prepare reports.
• Participate in IEP meetings and develop IEP goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, families, and related service providers.
• Maintain timely documentation and progress notes.
• Support students across a range of ages, grades, and needs.

Responsibilities

• Previous school-based experience is preferred but not required
• New and experienced school-based providers are encouraged to apply
