Job summary

Ampersand Therapy LLC is seeking a School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT) for Redmond, WA. This part-time (.4 FTE) role offers up to 15 hours per week, with in-person services in school settings and a calendar aligned with the district.

Responsibilities include evaluations, developing and implementing individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals, collaboration with teachers, families, and related services, recommending adaptive equipment, and monitoring progress to support student

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Washington State Occupational Therapist license.
• Active Washington ESA Certification.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Ability to provide in-person services at multiple school locations.
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred.

Position Highlights

• School Year: August 24, 2026 – June 17, 2027
• Setting: In-person, school-based
• Hours: Up to 7.5 hours per day, 2 days per week, based on the district calendar
