Job Title: Occupational Therapist, OTR/L – Full Time

Home Healthcare is an expanding home health agency covering over 42 counties with 10 branch offices across Florida. Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to help patients regain and maintain mobility, strength, and functional independence.
• Establish treatment goals and educate patients on improving balance, walking, and preventing decline post-illness or surgery.
• Conduct home environment assessments to ensure safe mobility.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8-hour days. Full-time clinicians will deliver skilled occupational therapy services in patients' homes, averaging 5-7 patient visits daily.

Compensation

• Annual salary range: $95,000 - $105,000
• Monthly incentives: $60 cell phone allowance and .65 cents per mile mileage reimbursement

Qualifications

• Graduation from an Occupational Therapy curriculum
• Masters Degree or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy
• Current licensure in Florida in good standing
• Experience with EMR systems (HCHB or Kinnser a plus)
• Active BLS certification (CPR)
• Minimum 2 years' experience working with the geriatric population
• Home health experience preferred, but not required
• Demonstrated ability to exercise initiative and independent judgment in patient care
