Job summary

BrightStar Care in Richardson, Texas is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide in-home and facility-based therapeutic services. You will evaluate clients, develop personalized treatment plans, and promote independence through rehabilitative care while coordinating with a multidisciplinary team.

This Full-Time, on-site role requires a valid state OT license and the ability to work as a 1099 contractor.

Qualifications

• Valid state occupational therapist license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in documentation and using mobile technology for reporting.
• Ability to work independently as a 1099 contractor.

As an Occupational Therapist at BrightStar Care, you will be responsible for providing exceptional therapeutic services to clients in their homes and facilities throughout the Richardson, Texas area. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our team to enhance the quality of life for clients by promoting health and wellness through rehabilitative care. Whether you work on-site, you’ll have the flexibility to manage your schedule while making a meaningful impact in the lives of your clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct assessments and develop tailored treatment plans to address clients' needs.
