Job summary

Palms-Home-Care is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to provide in-home health services aimed at improving patient independence and safety in their own homes. The role emphasizes thoughtful patient care and collaboration with a supportive team.

The ideal candidate will hold a Florida OT license, have a background in home health, and be proficient with OASIS documentation, with strong skills in documentation and time management.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Active Florida OT license.
• Home health experience preferred.
• OASIS experience strongly preferred.
• Strong documentation and time management skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
