Job summary

Palms-Home-Care is expanding its clinical team and seeks an experienced Occupational Therapist to provide in-home health services focused on improving patient independence and safety in the home.

You will perform in-home evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, assist with ADLs, train on adaptive equipment, complete OASIS documentation, and collaborate with nurses and PTs. Florida license required; home health experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Active Florida OT license.
• Home health experience preferred.
• OASIS experience strongly preferred.
• Strong documentation and time management skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
