Job summary

Ridgeway Post Acute in California is seeking compassionate Occupational Therapists (OTs) to join our rehabilitation team. We offer full-time and part-time opportunities to help residents regain independence and improve quality of life.

As an OT, you will evaluate residents, develop individualized plans, document progress, and collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and families in a modern rehabilitation environment. California license required; SNF experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current Occupational Therapist license in California.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• SNF experience preferred, but not required.

Pay: $65-$70 per hour

Ridgeway Post Acute is seeking compassionate and dedicated Occupational Therapists (OTs) to join our rehabilitation team. Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans

• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and facility requirements

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for patient-centered care
