Job summary

Tice Valley Post Acute in Walnut Creek, CA is seeking Occupational Therapists (OT) to join our in-house rehabilitation team. We offer full-time, part-time and PRN opportunities with pay of $60-$65 per hour, DOE.

As an OT, you will evaluate residents, develop individualized treatment plans, and focus on ADLs, mobility, safety, and functional independence. New graduates are welcome and will receive support as they build clinical confidence.

Qualifications

• Current California Occupational Therapist (OT) license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide skilled therapy focused on ADLs, mobility, safety, and functional independence.
• Monitor resident progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
• Collaborate with nursing, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Educate residents and families on adaptive techniques and therapeutic strategies.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
