Job summary

ProRehab in Indiana is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedics team. You will apply clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and design evidence-based care plans tailored to each patient.

This role offers mentorship, career development, and access to AI documentation support, with a favorable benefits package and a sign-on bonus up to $10,000. Prior outpatient experience is preferred; CHT is welcome but not required.

Qualifications

• Outpatient orthopedics experience preferred but not required.
• CHT preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Applying your clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
• Collaboratively developing and adjusting evidence-based plans of care that reflect each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle.
• Delivering skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
• Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
• Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.

Compensation

$75,000 to $95,000 with up to $10K Sign On bonus!
