Job summary

Confluent Health is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for outpatient orthopedics across our affiliated brands. Compensation ranges from $75,000 to $95,000 with a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 and loan repayment support up to $25,000, depending on location and role.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with valid state license.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred but not required; CHT preferred but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Apply clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and plan care.
• Collaboratively develop and adjust evidence-based plans of care to meet patient goals.
• Deliver skilled interventions including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities to reduce pain and improve function.
• Track patient outcomes and adjust approach based on progress.
• Advocate for patients throughout recovery.

• Applying your clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
• Collaboratively developing and adjusting evidence-based plans of care that reflect each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle.
• Delivering skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
• Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
• Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.
