Job summary

McClure Post Acute is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our in-house rehabilitation team in California. The role offers full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities with a starting pay of $62-$64/hour DOE.

New graduates are welcome, and a collaborative environment supports mentorship and professional growth. Responsibilities include evaluations, developing treatment plans, implementing interventions to enhance independence, and educating residents and families on safety and adaptive

• Current California Occupational Therapist (OT) license in good standing.

• Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide skilled therapeutic interventions to improve functional independence and quality of life.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate resident care.
• Educate residents and families on adaptive equipment, home safety, and therapy techniques.
• Monitor resident progress and modify treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.
