Job summary

McClure Post Acute in Oakland, CA invites a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our in-house rehabilitation team. We offer full-time, part-time and PRN opportunities with starting pay of $63-$64 per hour depending on experience.

New graduates are welcomed and supported through mentorship and onboarding to help you grow. As part of the interdisciplinary team, you will evaluate residents, create individualized plans, and provide skilled therapy to improve mobility and independence.

Qualifications

  • Current California Physical Therapist (PT) license in good standing.
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve strength, balance, mobility, and functional outcomes.
  • Monitor resident progress and adjust treatment plans to achieve the best possible results.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate resident care.
  • Educate residents and families on therapeutic exercises, mobility techniques, and discharge planning.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.
