Job summary

McClure Post Acute in California is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our in-house rehabilitation team. We offer Full-Time, Part-Time and PRN opportunities with starting pay 62–64/hour DOE.

You will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with physicians, nursing staff and other therapists to restore residents' independence. New graduates are welcome; mentorship and ongoing education are provided in a supportive, family‑oriented

Qualifications

  • Current California OT license in good standing.

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide skilled therapeutic interventions focused on improving functional independence and quality of life.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate resident care.
  • Educate residents and families on adaptive equipment, home safety, and therapeutic techniques.
  • Monitor resident progress and modify treatment plans to achieve the best possible outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.
