Job summary

McClure Post Acute in California is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our in-house rehabilitation team. We offer full-time, part-time and PRN opportunities with competitive hourly pay starting at $62–$64 DOE.

As a member of our collaborative therapy team, you will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and help residents regain independence. New graduates are encouraged to apply and will receive mentorship and career growth support.

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide skilled therapeutic interventions focused on improving functional independence and quality of life
  • Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate resident care
  • Educate residents and families on adaptive equipment, home safety, and therapeutic techniques
  • Monitor resident progress and modify treatment plans to achieve the best possible outcomes
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards
