McClure Post Acute is actively seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our in-house rehabilitation team. This full-time/part-time/PRN opportunity offers a supportive, family-oriented work culture with mentorship and growth potential.

• Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide skilled therapeutic interventions focused on improving functional independence and quality of life.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate resident care.
• Educate residents and families on adaptive equipment, home safety, and therapeutic techniques.
• Monitor resident progress and modify treatment plans to achieve the best possible outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.
