Job summary

Pleasant Hill Post Acute in Pleasant Hill, MO is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our rehabilitation team. We are hiring for Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN positions.

You will evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans, help patients regain independence, and collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and rehabilitation team members while maintaining accurate documentation. This role emphasizes compassionate, patient-centered care and interdisciplinary teamwork.

Qualifications

• Current Occupational Therapist license required (California)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply

Compensation

• $58–$62+ per hour, depending on experience
