Synchrony Rehab is seeking a Float Occupational Therapist to provide flexible coverage across 8 Senior Living Communities in North Carolina. The role includes travel between sites with paid mileage and a supportive team environment.

The ideal candidate is adaptable, collaborative, and ready to work across multiple communities, delivering comprehensive OT services, assessments, and therapeutic interventions. Weekly pay and strong benefits follow after a brief onboarding period.

Qualifications

• Must hold and maintain a current state OT license.
• Education: Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Experience: 0-1 years in OT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities.
• Educate patients and their families on techniques for daily living activities.
• Document patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Other duties as assigned.
