Synchrony Rehab in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for our senior living communities: The Southwood, Southfork, Somerset Court of Mocksville, and Mocksville Senior Living. Work Monday–Friday with no weekends or holidays, on-site at multiple campuses.

The role offers an hourly rate of 44–50 USD, weekly pay, and benefits after the first month, with opportunities to educate patients and families within an interdisciplinary team.

Competenze

• Must have a current, valid state OT license or registration.
• 0-1 years of OT experience is acceptable.
• CPR certification preferred.

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities.
• Educate patients and their families on techniques and strategies for daily living activities.

• Hourly Rate: 44-50/hr

Qualifications

Job Summary

The Occupational Therapist (OT) is responsible for providing a full range of occupational therapy services including assessment, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment consistent with the position’s qualifications, professional practices and ethical standards.

Licenses and Certifications

• Must have and maintain a current, valid state OT licensure or registration
• Current valid CPR certification, preferred

Education
