Job summary

Synchrony Rehab at Williamston House in Williamston, NC, seeks a licensed Occupational Therapist for a part-time role. You will assess, plan, and provide therapy in a senior living setting, coordinating with an interdisciplinary team to support daily living activities.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends or holidays, weekly pay, and benefits after the first month, including a strong 401(k) match and student loan assistance. CPR certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain a current, valid state OT licensure or registration.
• Current CPR certification, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities.
• Educate patients and their families on techniques and strategies for daily living activities.
• Document patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Hourly Rate: $46-$50/hr
