Job summary

Synchrony Rehab seeks a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide OT services at The Landings of Albemarle & Edenton House in Hertford, NC. You will conduct assessments, plan treatment, and deliver interventions within an interdisciplinary team in a senior living community.

Schedule is Monday–Friday with no weekends or holidays. Weekly pay, health/dental/vision benefits after the first month, student loan repayment, and a strong 401(k) match support your professional growth.

Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Experience: 0-1 years
• Licenses and Certifications: Must have and maintain a current state OT licensure; CPR certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients in a senior living setting.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities.
• Educate patients and families on daily living activities and home programs.
• Document patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Job Summary

The Occupational Therapist (OT) is responsible for providing a full range of occupational therapy services including assessment, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment consistent with the position’s qualifications, professional practices and ethical standards.

Licenses and Certifications

Must have and maintain a current, valid state OT licensure or registration

Current valid CPR certification, preferred
