Job summary

Synchrony Rehab is seeking a Float Occupational Therapist to provide flexible coverage across eight senior living communities in North Carolina. The OT will perform assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement interventions in an interdisciplinary setting.

Travel between communities is required, with paid mileage provided. The ideal candidate is adaptable, collaborative, and capable of supporting eight communities.

Qualifications

• Must have active State OT license/registration.
• Experience level not specified; 0-1 years typical per job description.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' daily living activities.
• Educate patients and families on techniques for daily living tasks.
• Document patient progress and update treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Job Summary The Occupational Therapist (OT) is responsible for providing a full range of occupational therapy services including assessment, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment consistent with the position’s qualifications, professional practices and ethical standards.

Licenses and Certifications

Must have and maintain a current, valid state OT licensure or registration

Current valid CPR certification, preferred

Qualifications

Education: Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

Experience: 0-1 years
