Job summary

Synchrony Rehab is seeking a licensed Part-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our Dynamic Rehab team at The Bridges on Parkview, a Senior Living community located in Henderson, NC.

The OT will provide a full range of occupational therapy services, including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions in a collaborative interdisciplinary setting. Schedule: Mon-Fri, no holidays or weekends; compensation rate 40-46/hr with benefits after the first month.

Qualifications

• Current valid state OT licensure or registration.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Education: Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities.
• Educate patients and their families on techniques and strategies for daily living activities.
• Document patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Other duties as assigned.
