Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to join our team in a SNF setting in Wisconsin. The OT will evaluate and treat patients, develop plans of care, set measurable goals, educate patients and families, and supervise OTAs.

You will also re-evaluate progress and maintain accurate daily progress notes while collaborating with facility staff to ensure excellent patient care. The role emphasizes patient-centered care, timely documentation, and ongoing communication
