Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking qualified Occupational Therapist candidates to join our team in a SNF setting. You will evaluate and treat patients following an individualized plan of care, while collaborating with facility staff to ensure excellent patient outcomes.

This role includes supervising Occupational Therapy Assistants, documenting evaluations and progress notes, and communicating progress to patients and families. Illinois licensure is required or eligibility is pending.

Qualifications

• OT license in Illinois or eligibility
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in SNF setting and document accurately
