Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking qualified Occupational Therapist candidates to join our team in a SNF setting, evaluating and treating patients according to individualized plans of care.

You will collaborate with facility staff, document progress, re-evaluate and revise goals, educate patients and families, and supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants.

Qualifications

• Complete timely and accurate documentation including evaluations, re-evaluations discharges and daily progress notes.
