Job summary

Austill's Educational Therapy Services & AOT, Inc. is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to deliver school-based therapy for PreK–12 students in a Pennsylvania setting.

The OT will focus on fine motor skills, sensory processing, and functional classroom participation through direct therapy and IEP collaboration. You will work within a multidisciplinary team, develop and implement IEP goals, and document progress, while traveling between school locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Active Pennsylvania OT license.
• Experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred.
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Location: Haverford, PA

Timeframe: 26-27 School Year

Snapshot: We have an immediate opening for an engaging, pediatric Occupational Therapist to work 5 days/week with elementary school-age students in specialized life skills, autistic support programming.

Job Summary

An Occupational Therapist (OTR) provides school-based therapy services to students from preschool through 12th grade. This role focuses on improving fine motor skills, sensory processing, and functional participation in the classroom through direct therapy, IEP implementation, and collaboration with school teams.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students (PreK–12)
• Develop and implement IEP goals and individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff to support student success
• Complete required documentation, including:
• Progress notes
• Data collection
• IEP updates and annual reviews
• Participate in IEP meetings as needed
• Support student development in areas such as:
• Fine motor skills
• Sensory integration
• Activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Travel between school locations during the school day (if applicable)

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Active Pennsylvania Occupational Therapist License
• Experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
