Job summary

Austill’s Educational Therapy Services in Pennsylvania is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OTR) to support school‑age students (PreK–12) in a collaborative, classroom‑based setting for the 2026‑27 year. This role emphasizes fine motor skills, sensory processing, and functional participation in the classroom.

The OTR will work within a multidisciplinary team, develop IEP goals, provide direct therapy, complete documentation, and travel between campus locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Active Pennsylvania Occupational Therapist license.
• Experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred.
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Flexible scheduling aligned with school hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to PreK–12 students.

Job Summary

An Occupational Therapist (OTR) provides school-based therapy services to students from preschool through 12th grade. This role focuses on improving fine motor skills, sensory processing, and functional participation in the classroom through direct therapy, IEP implementation, and collaboration with school teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students (PreK–12)
• Develop and implement IEP goals and individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff to support student success
