Job summary

Concierge Home Care in Orlando, FL is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our home-based care team serving St. Cloud and Kissimmee. You will travel to patients’ homes to assess, treat, and support independence, developing personalized treatment plans with patients and caregivers.

Required Florida OT license, valid driver's license, and CPR (preferred). You'll work with a supportive team and have access to ongoing training, flexible scheduling, and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• Florida Occupational Therapy License is required.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance required.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Ability to supervise and delegate tasks to Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants preferred.

Responsibilities

• Travel to patients’ homes to deliver occupational therapy services that promote healing, recovery, and independence.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of the patient’s condition and home environment.
• Collaborate with patients and caregivers to develop personalized, goal-oriented treatment plans.
• Provide education to patients and caregivers to support treatment outcomes and independence.
• Supervise and delegate care appropriately to Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (as needed).
