Job summary

Ascension Health in Chilton, WI, seeks an Occupational Therapist for PRN days in the Rehabilitation department. You will evaluate and treat patients with physical, cognitive, or emotional challenges and design personalized plans of care.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

• Occupational Therapy (OT) credentialed from the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree required. Master's OR Doctorate degree preferred.
