Job summary

Austill’s Educational Therapy Services & AOT, Inc. is seeking a pediatric Occupational Therapist to provide school-based therapy 5 days a week for elementary school-age students in specialized life skills and autistic support programming.

The OT will support students from preschool through 12th grade, focusing on fine motor skills, sensory processing, and functional participation in the classroom through direct therapy and collaboration with school teams.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Active Pennsylvania Occupational Therapist License.
• Experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred.
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students (PreK–12).
• Develop and implement IEP goals and individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff to support student success.
• Complete required documentation, including progress notes and IEP updates/annual reviews.
• Participate in IEP meetings as needed.
• Support student development in sensory integration and ADLs.
• Travel between school locations during the school day (if applicable).

Job Summary

An Occupational Therapist (OTR) provides school-based therapy services to students from preschool through 12th grade. This role focuses on improving fine motor skills, sensory processing, and functional participation in the classroom through direct therapy, IEP implementation, and collaboration with school teams.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students (PreK–12)
• Develop and implement IEP goals and individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff to support student success
• Complete required documentation, including:
• Progress notes
• IEP updates and annual reviews
• Participate in IEP meetings as needed
• Support student development in areas such as:
• Sensory integration
• Activities of daily living (ADLs)

Requirements:
