Job summary

Austill’s Educational Therapy Services in Lebanon, PA is seeking a school-based Occupational Therapist (OTR) to serve preschool through 12th grade for the 2026-27 school year. You will provide direct therapy, implement IEP goals, and collaborate with teachers and therapists to support student success.

Candidates must graduate from an accredited OT program and hold an active PA OT license; pediatric or school experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Active Pennsylvania Occupational Therapist License.
• Experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred.
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students (PreK–12).

Snapshot: We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OTR) to work 5 days per week with school age children in the Lebanon, PA area for the 2026-27 school year

Job Summary

An Occupational Therapist (OTR) provides school-based therapy services to students from preschool through 12th grade. This role focuses on improving fine motor skills, sensory processing, and functional participation in the classroom through direct therapy, IEP implementation, and collaboration with school teams.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students (PreK–12)
• Develop and implement IEP goals and individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff to support student success
• Complete required documentation, including:
• Progress notes
• IEP updates and annual reviews
• Participate in IEP meetings as needed
• Support student development in areas such as:
• Sensory integration
• Activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Travel between school locations during the school day (if applicable)

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Active Pennsylvania Occupational Therapist License
• Experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
