Overview

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for an Occupational Registered Nurse. Position type: Full-time, Contract. Duration: 6 months with possible extension. Location: Columbia, South Carolina 29203.

Education & Experience

You must be a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with formal Occupational Health certification, ready to bring clinical excellence into a dynamic corporate environment.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to connect, collaborate, and clearly guide others through healthcare processes.
• A sharp eye for detecting and diagnosing issues, strong assessment and inspection abilities, and the confidence to make quick, informed decisions under pressure.
• A customer-service mindset, plus the physical and mental stamina to meet the demands of light but active work.

Key Responsibilities

• Champion the physical, mental, and social wellbeing of employees, fostering a healthier, safer workplace every day.
• Deliver high-quality treatment for work-related injuries or illnesses with professionalism and empathy.
• Coordinate and provide first aid and emergency response when needed.
• Lead medical monitoring and health surveillance initiatives.
• Manage cases involving workplace injuries/illnesses, including workers’ compensation or equivalent processes.
• Ensure full compliance with all relevant workplace health regulations and standards.

Pay Range and Benefits
