Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma; associates degree preferred.
• BLS Basic Life Support certification required.
• Experience in medical/occupational health is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care according to provider instructions within scope.
• Answer phones, schedule, file, and coordinate patient flow.
• Coordinate care including scheduling, testing, and records for referrals.
• Maintain documentation and a comprehensive filing system.
• Monitor inventory of lab and testing supplies for screenings and tests.
• Collaborate with billing to ensure accurate financial aspects.
• Support on-site service coordination within client companies, including after-hours.
