Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking an Occupational Health Administrative Coordinator to support both administrative and clinical duties within our occupational health service line in Ohio. You will coordinate care, schedule tests, and ensure proper documentation and reporting in the EHR, while maintaining accurate records and filing.

Qualifications

• BLS certification required.
• High School Diploma required; Associate degree preferred.
• 2 years of experience in industry, office, or medical environment preferred.
• SYSTOC Electronic Health Record preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient care according to provider instructions and clinical protocols within their scope.
• Performs basic office functions: phones, scheduling, filing, coordinating patient flow.
• Coordinates care: scheduling, testing, reporting, and obtaining records for referrals.
• Maintains comprehensive filing system for correspondence, records, and data.
• Maintains inventory of laboratory and testing supplies (vision/hearing screenings, spirometry, EKG, drug/alcohol screens).
• Collaborates with billing to ensure financial accuracy.
• Supports on-site service coordination with client companies, including after-hours if needed.
