Job summary

Qualifications

• Nursing degree and RN license required.

• 3+ years RN experience in occupational health.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS may be required depending on site.
• COHN/COHN-S preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure regulatory compliance in clinical operations.
• Evaluate, treat, and prioritize patient care.
• Coordinate workers' comp case management with TPA and providers.
• Implement return-to-work and transitional duty programs.
• Conduct health screenings and medical testing (EKG, audiometry, vision).
• Maintain medical records and infection control standards.
• Educate employees on health promotion and injury prevention.
• Assist with accident investigations and workplace safety initiatives.
