Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Minimum five (5) years RN experience.
• Previous Employee Health Nurse experience required.

Responsabilités

• Manage clinical aspects of patient care for hospital employees to ensure quality and satisfaction.
• Act as first responder to work injuries and participate in return-to-work and fit-for-duty processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (JCAHO, OSHA, NIOSH, TITLE 22, ADA, PWFA, Workers’ Compensation).
• Provide ongoing communication with HR, physicians, and employees; document promptly.
