Job summary

TEEMA Group seeks an Occupational Health Registered Nurse to support workplace health, safety, and regulatory compliance across client sites. Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• BLS certification with hands-on training required.
• ACLS certification may be required depending on scope of services at the worksite.
• COHN/COHN-S or related certification preferred.
• Minimum of three years RN experience in an occupational health setting.
• Experience supporting workplace health and safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to clinical operations (OSHA, DOT, CDC, and other standards).
• Evaluate, treat, and prioritize patient care within the RN scope.
• Provide evidence-based care to injured workers with focus on recovery and return to work.
• Coordinate workers' compensation case management with TPA, client representatives, and providers.
• Implement and monitor return-to-work programs for injured employees.
• Perform and document medical testing and screenings (EKGs, audiometry, spirometry, vision).
• Administer medications and provide emergency care within nursing scope.
• Maintain medical equipment and infection control standards.
• Maintain complete patient health records and documentation.
• Educate patients on health promotion and prevention.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and departments on employee health programs.
• Participate in accident and injury investigations as appropriate.
• Support safety initiatives and fitness-for-duty evaluations.
