TEEMA is seeking an Occupational Health Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality, evidence-based care to employees and support workplace health, safety, injury prevention, and regulatory compliance.

The role focuses on evaluating and treating work-related injuries, coordinating return-to-work programs, conducting health screenings, and collaborating with internal and external partners to promote a safe, productive environment.

Formación

• RN license in state of practice required.
• BSN preferred or higher.
• Active BLS certification.
• ACLS may be required depending on site.
• COHN/COHN-S preferred or required for certain locations.
• Minimum three years in occupational health or related setting.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, CDC and other standards in clinical operations.
• Evaluate, treat, and prioritize patient care within RN scope.
• Provide evidence-based care focusing on treatment, recovery and return to work.
• Coordinate workers' compensation case management with TPA, clients and providers.
• Implement and monitor transitional duty and return-to-work programs.
• Perform and document medical testing and screenings (EKG, audiometry, vision).
• Administer medications and provide emergency care.
• Maintain equipment and ensure infection control.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and departments on employee health programs.
• Participate in accident and injury investigations.
