Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Register patients and collect demographic, insurance, and contact information.
• Schedule, cancel, and reschedule appointments per clinic protocols.
• Prepare charts and verify insurance eligibility for visits.
• Scan and index documents into the electronic records system.
• Answer calls, greet patients, and route messages to staff.
• Document no-shows and manage follow-up as needed.
• Deliver excellent customer service following HIPAA guidelines.
• Support front desk and clinic operations with flexibility in shifts.
