Qualifications

• Familiarity with Epic EMR and basic office technology.
• Strong data entry, phone, and multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and enter demographics and insurance in Epic.
• Schedule, cancel, and manage appointments per protocol.
• Prepare charts and verify insurance eligibility.
• Scan documents and maintain complete records.
• Answer calls and route messages professionally.
• Document no-shows and assist front desk staff.
• Deliver courteous service following AIDET guidelines.
• Support front office and adapt to patient flow.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends as needed.
