Strong customer service, attention to detail, and knowledge of Yardi are essential. COS/TCS certification preferred; valid driver’s license required. Competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related experience in property management or apartment leasing
• Experience with HUD and Section 8 programs strongly preferred
• COS and/or TCS certification strongly preferred
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Manage applications, move-ins, and lease renewals for the property
• Review TRACS transmission readiness and maintain accurate records
• Assist with marketing outreach and resident turnover tasks
• Coordinate leasing interviews and applicant processing, including rent calculations
