Job summary

You will lead leasing, budgeting, compliance, maintenance, and staff supervision, ensure rent collection and reporting, and foster positive relations with residents and local agencies.

Qualifications

• Experience with LIHTC and Section 8 programs.
• Strong customer service orientation with leadership experience.
• Ability to manage budgets and financial reporting.

• Effective supervision of property staff and vendors.
