Qualifications

• 2 years of related experience in property management or leasing
• Experience with site-based affordable housing programs (HUD/Section 8) preferred
• COS/TCS certification strongly preferred
• Attention to detail and customer service oriented

Responsibilities

• Manage applications, move-ins, and lease renewals to maximize occupancy
• Qualify applicants according to program requirements and rent schedules
• Coordinate leasing processes and maintain applicant/resident records
• Assist with outreach and marketing to generate prospective residents
• Maintain compliance with property programs and documentation
