Vesta Management in Manchester, CT is seeking an Occupancy Specialist to maximize occupancy for Squire Village. The role focuses on applications, move-ins, and renewals within LIHTC and Section 8 guidelines.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of related experience in a property management or apartment leasing office.
• Experience with site based affordable housing programs strongly preferred, specifically HUD and Section 8.

Responsibilities

• Achieve maximum occupancy for the property and manage applications, move-ins and lease renewals.
• Review applicants and re-qualify annually and interim as required by program guidelines.
• Enter resident information into the property data system and issue receipts as needed.
• Coordinate leasing activities from interviews to tours and applications.
• Assist with marketing outreach and community relationships to generate leads.
