Job summary

A leading property management firm in New Jersey is seeking a Certified Occupancy Specialist. You will be responsible for maintaining occupancy levels, preparing leases, and ensuring compliance with Fair Housing principles. Qualifications

• Must be Certified as Tax Credit Specialist and/or HUD Certified Occupancy Specialist.
• Must have 2 years Tax Credit or Section 8 experience highly preferred.
• Must have experience in building and maintaining resident files.

Responsibilities

• Maintain occupancy level of 97% or better.
• Prepare leases for occupancy and calculate rents.
• Ensure adherence to Fair Housing principles.

Bilingual in English and Spanish
