Job summary

WinnCompanies seeks a Community Coordinator II for The Prelude, a 105-unit affordable community in White Plains, NY. You will support six outcomes: stable housing, employment, education, health, community engagement and economic mobility, and provide concierge and admin support.

You will build partnerships, coordinate referrals, and develop programming; fluency in English and Spanish is required, with Winn certification obtainable after hire.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Ability to obtain Winn Community Coordinator Certification.
• Experience with partner management.
• Strong data management and reporting skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent customer service and attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work with diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual Connected Communities plan based on needs and opportunities.
• Manage the property's Connected Communities budget and track goals.
• Coordinate resources addressing housing stability, employment, education, health, and mobility.
• Provide direct assistance and referrals to residents.
• Build MOUs with service providers for on/off-site programs.
• Collect, manage, and report resident data using CONNECT.
