Job summary

AMN Healthcare is seeking an Obstetrics Hospitalist Physician for an ASAP start. The role combines clinic coverage with 24-hour call, delivering comprehensive obstetric care and operative procedures as needed.

Required credentials include board certification in OB/GYN and active licensure (or IMLC). BLS/ACLS/PALS are mandatory, and EPIC/Dragon experience is preferred for efficient charting.

Qualifications

• Board-certified OB/GYN with active license or IMLC.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• Experience in hospitalist obstetrics and operative deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Cover obstetric hospitalist shifts in clinic and 24-hour call.
• Perform C-sections, D&C, NSTs, circumcisions, tubal ligations.
• Utilize EPIC/Dragon EMR for documentation.

Pay Rate: $1746.00 - $1890.00

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: Clinic: Monday-Thursday 730am-430pm, Friday 730am-noon, 24-hr call
• Practice Setting: In clinic and 24 hr call
• Types of Cases: Suction dilation and curettage (D&C), Laparoscopy, Read Obstetrical non-stress test (NST), Caesareans, Circumcisions, Tubal Ligations
• Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC/Dragon
• Certifications Required: Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Life Support (PALS)
• Board certified and active state license or interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) required
