Work setting includes in-clinic care and 24-hour call; cases include D&C, C-sections, tubal ligations, circumcisions; EMR is EPIC/Dragon; credentialing ~30 days; board-certified with active license or IMLC; BLS/ACLS/PALS required.

Qualifications

• Board certification and active state license or IMLC required.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS and PALS required.
• Credentialing timeframe around 30 days.
• EMR: EPIC/Dragon used for charting and orders.

Responsibilities

• Provide obstetrics hospitalist services in clinic and during 24-hour call.
• Care for obstetric patients including procedures and urgent cases.

This facility is seeking an Obstetrics Hospitalist Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: Clinic: Monday- Thursday 730am-430pm, Friday 730am-noon, 24-hr call
• Practice Setting: In clinic and 24 hr call
• Types of Cases: Suction dilation and curettage (D&C), Laparoscopy, Read Obstetrical non-stress test (NST), Caesareans, Circumcisions, Tubal Ligations
• Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC/Dragon
• Certifications Required: Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Life Support (PALS)
• Board certified and active state license or interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) required
